摘要
对传统液压机常见蓄能装置的分类进行了介绍,叙述了传统液压机液压系统中蓄能装置的作用及原理特点。在液压系统的控制油路中,蓄能装置可以为液压系统提供充足的流量和压力:在传统液压机中,蓄能装置可以提高液压油路的稳定性和响应速度;在传统大型锻造系列液压机的液压系统设计中,蓄能装置可以为高速回程提供动力及流量;在液压系统的远程控制系统中,蓄能装置可以稳定输出控制油。
This paper introduces the classification of common energy storage devices of traditional hydraulic press.The function,principle and characteristics of the energy storage device in the hydraulic system of traditional hydraulic press are described.In the control oil circuit of the hydraulic system,the energy storage device can provide sufficient flow and pressure for the hydraulic system.In the traditional hydraulic press,the energy storage device can improve the stability and response speed of the hydraulic oil circuit.In the hydraulic system design of traditional large forging series hydraulic press,the energy storage device can provide power and flow for high speed return trip.In the remote control system of the hydraulic system,the energy storage device can output the control oil stably.
