摘要
进入“十四五”时期,我国已经开启社会主义现代化的新征程。《“十四五”规划纲要》把区域经济发展作为实现社会主义现代化的重要途径,以区域协调发展战略为引领,区域重大战略为核心,实现优化区域经济布局的目标。实施区域协调发展战略,需要各个地区、板块、城市群和都市圈共同发展,形成区域发展的新局面。开展区域合作、推进区域一体化是实现区域协调发展的核心内容。新时期要加强区域合作,通过区域合作与区域竞争实现区域空间结构的优化,推进中央主导的区域合作进一步深化,推进区域合作步入规范化与制度化的发展轨道,促进形成区域发展新格局。
Entering the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China has embarked on a new journey of socialist modernization.The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan takes regional economic development as an important way to realize socialist modernization,with the coordinated regional development strategy as the guide,the major regional strategy as the core,and the optimization of regional economic layout as the goal.To implement the coordinated regional development strategy,it is necessary for all regions,city clusters and metropolitan areas to develop together and form a new situation of regional development.To carry out regional cooperation and promote regional integration is the core content of realizing coordinated regional development.In the new period,regional cooperation should be strengthened,regional spatial structure should be optimized through regional cooperation and regional competition.Regional cooperation led by the central government should be further deepened,regional cooperation should be promoted into the normalized and institutionalized development track,and a new pattern of regional development should be formed.
