摘要
中共中央、国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》提出,坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人(以下简称“三全育人”)。“三全育人”是高校落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求。破解当前高校全方位协同育人合力不足、全过程育人衔接不畅和全员育人动力机制不完善等问题,创新搭建全方位协同育人共同体、建构全员育人导师机制、打造党建引领全过程育人生态链的“体-制-链”育人模式,是落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in universities under the new situation put forward that we should adhere to the whole process and all-round education(hereinafter referred to as“Three-complete Education”).Three-complete Education is the internal requirement of colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education.In order to solve the problems such as insufficient joint force,poor connection and imperfect dynamic mechanism of all-round collaborative education in Colleges and universities,it is an effective way to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation to build an all-round collaborative education community,to construct a tutor mechanism for all staff education,and to create a“system chain”education mode in which the party construction leads the whole process of education.
