摘要
大学生党员作为党员队伍的生力军,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要力量。但在信息交融庞杂和文化传播碰撞的时代背景下,高校学生党支部往往面临着思想引领效果不突出、组织管理效能弱、工作执行效率低等挑战。建构“支部班子好、党员管理好、组织生活好、制度落实好、作用发挥好”和“思想引领力强、工作落实力强、组织凝聚力强”的“五好三强”学生党支部是增强学生党员意识、丰富学生党员生活、完善学生党员管理的现实需要。通过调查研究的方法,在理论与实践结合中建构“五好三强”的高校学生党支部,要从思想上锻造“三提升”的优质学生党支部,从组织上构建“二合理”的新型学生党支部,在实践中培育“二落实”的务实学生党支部。
As the fresh force of party members,college student Party members are the important force to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,under the background of information blending and cultural communication collision,college student Party branches are often faced with challenges such as poor ideological leading effect,weak organizational management efficiency and low work execution efficiency.To construct the“five-good three-strong”student Party branches of“good branch team,good party member management,good organization and life,good system implementation,good role play”and“strong ideological leadership,strong work strength,strong organization cohesion”is the realistic need of enhancing student party member consciousness,enriching student party member life and perfecting student Party member management.Through the method of investigation and research,the university student party branch of“five-good and three-strong”should be constructed in the combination of theory and practice,and the high-quality student Party branch of“three promotion”should be forged in thought,the new student Party branch of“two-rationality”should be constructed in organization,and the practical student Party branch of“two-implementation”should be cultivated in practice.
