摘要
西安交通大学第一附属医院以目标管理为抓手,自2015年起,遵循SMART原则,采用关键绩效指标法(KPI)、德尔菲法拟定目标管理关键指标,并应用PDCA管理理念建立持续改进、螺旋上升的目标管理体系。介绍目标管理体系的建立与实施过程,探讨目标管理在医院科室及分院的应用,并阐述了开展目标管理工作的体会和思考。
Through taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University as the important means of target management,and following SMART principle,key performance indicator method(KPI)and the Delphi method were adopted.Continuous and spiral target management system was established through the application of PDCA management concept.The paper introduced the establishment and implementation process of the goal management system,discussed the application of goal management in hospital departments and branches,and expounded the experience and thinking of carrying out goal management work.
