摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在医院干部人事档案专项审核工作中的应用效果。方法基于PDCA循环,分析医院干部人事档案管理现状及存在的主要问题,剖析产生问题的原因,采取针对性措施加以改进。结果通过对医院285份干部档案质量的指标数据分析,PDCA循环管理后,医院干部人事档案专项审核工作质量明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环促进了干部人事档案专项审核工作的标准化管理,有助于提高医院干部人事档案质量和管理水平。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in the special inspection of cadre archives in hospital.Methods PDCA cycle was used to examine the archives of hospital cadres,investigating the problems in as well as the causes of the management of hospital cadres archives.The targeted measures were taken to tackle the problems.Results After use of PDCA cycle,the special inspection over the archives of 285 hospital cadres was significantly improved,as compared with before use of PDCA cycle(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle promotes the standardized management of the special inspection of cadre archives,thereby promoting the elevation of the quality and management of hospital cadres’archives.
