摘要
公立医院作为我国医疗服务的主体,承担了绝大多数医疗救治工作,如何做好公立医院内部绩效管理,成为新的"国考"形势下决定医院改革和发展的决定性因素。本文列举绩效管理在公立医院管理中的重要作用,当前公立医院绩效管理中存在的问题以及原因分析,结合建立现代医院管理制度的要求,提出了公立医院绩效管理的对策。
As the main body of medical service in our country,public hospitals undertake the majority of medical treatment work.Better internal performance management in public hospitals decisively influences the reform and development of public hospitals under the new situation of"national examination".This paper enumerated how performance management had affected the management of public hospitals,analyzed existing problems and causes,then proposed countermeasures combing with the requirements of establishing modern hospital management system.
