摘要
目的:比较疾病诊断相关组(DRGs)相关指标与传统指标在病床工作效率分析评价中的差异。方法:运用非整秩次秩和比法对江苏省某三级甲等医院各科室在两类指标下的病床工作效率进行综合评价及比较,并根据各科室病床使用率的结果检验DRGs相关指标评价结果的可靠性。结果:DRGs相关指标与传统指标对于病床工作效率的评价结果存在一定的差异。同时,病床使用率与DRGs相关指标结果具有很强的一致性。结论:DRGs相关指标对于病床工作效率评价以及精细化管理具有指导和帮助作用。
Objectives:To compare the differences between traditional and DRGs-related indexes in the evaluation of bed efficiency.Methods:RSR were used to evaluate and compare bed efficiency under DRGs-related and traditional indexes in clinical departments in a top tertiary hospital in Jiangsu province.The reliability and validity of the results under DRGs-related indexes was tested.Results:There were some differences in the evaluation results between DRGs-related and traditional indexes.And the results of the rate of utilization of hospital beds and DRGsrelated indexes were strongly consistent.Conclusions:DRGs-related indexes can provide guidance for the evaluation of bed efficiency and precision management in medical institutions.
