摘要
目的为了解地方医学院校医学研究生人际敏感性、公正世界信念及职业枯竭之间的关系。方法采用职业枯竭量表、公正世界信念问卷及人际敏感量表对367名地方医学院校医学研究生进行问卷调查。结果人际敏感性能够正向预测职业枯竭(β=0.103,P<0.05),人际敏感性与公正世界信念的交互项回归系数有统计学意义(β=-0.150,P<0.01);当公正世界信念中等水平时,人际敏感性对职业枯竭预测作用较大(β=0.162,t=2.688,P=0.008)。过高或过低时,人际敏感性对职业枯竭没有影响(P>0.05)。结论公正世界信念在人际敏感性影响职业枯竭过程中具有调节作用。
Objective To explore the relation among job burnout,belief in a just world and interpersonal sensitivity in medical postgraduate’s local medical university.Methods 367 medical postgraduates of local medical university were selected,and they were investigated with Maslach burnout inventory-general survey,the general belief in a just world scale and interpersonal sensitivity measure.Results The results showed that interpersonal sensitivity positively associated with job burnout(β=0.103,P<0.05),significant interaction between interpersonal sensitivity and belief in a just world was found in prediction of job burnout(β=-0.150,P<0.01).Interpersonal sensitivity had a significant predictive effect on job burnout when belief in a just world was medium level(β=0.162,t=2.688,P=0.008).There was no unaffected of interpersonal sensitivity on job burnout when belief in a just world high or low(P>0.05).Conclusion Belief in a just world mediates the effects of interpersonal sensitivity on job burnout.
