摘要
本文通过问卷调查的方式,对北京大学人民医院167名临床医学专业学位硕士研究生心理压力现状及产生原因进行调查。调查结果显示造成其心理压力的重要原因依次为学业负担、前途和择业以及医患关系。从人本主义角度提出,应从多个层面采取措施,缓解临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的心理压力,培养其形成正确的职业观、择业观和医患观。
This paper investigates the current situation and causes of psychological stress of 167 graduate students in clinical medicine at Peking University People’s Hospital through questionnaires.The survey results show that the important reasons for their psychological stress are academic burden,future and career choice,and doctor-patient relationship.From the perspective of humanism,it is necessary to take measures from multiple levels to alleviate the psychological pressure of master degree students in clinical medicine,and cultivate them to form a correct outlook on career,career choice and doctors and patients.
