职场孤独感与基层公务员离职倾向关系:人际敏感的中介作用 被引量:10

The Effect of Workplace Loneliness and Interpersonal Sensitivity on Turnover Intention among Civil Servants

摘要 为探讨基层公务员职场孤独感、人际敏感和离职倾向的关系。采用方便抽样法,使用人际敏感量表、职场孤独感量表和离职倾向量表对广西壮族自治区南宁市区县250名基层公务员进行问卷调查。结果表明:基层公务员职场孤独感与人际敏感呈正相关(r=0.419,P <0.001);人际敏感与离职倾向呈正相关(r=0.264,P<0.001);职场孤独感与离职倾向呈正相关(r=0.296,P<0.001)。职场孤独感通过人际敏感间接预测基层公务员离职倾向,中介效应率为21.45%。研究结论:基层公务员人际敏感在职场孤独感和离职倾向间发挥完全中介作用。 To explore the relationship of workplace loneliness,interpersonal sensitivity and turnover intention among civil servants.A total of 250 civil servants were selected from Nanning City by convenience sampling as the study subjects.They were investigated by the questionnaires of Workplace Loneliness Scale.Interpersonal Sensitivity Scale and Turnover Intention Scale.Results revealed that:Workplace loneliness was positively correlated to interpersonal sensitivity.Interpersonal sensitivity was positively correlated both workplace loneliness and turnover intention among civil servants.Workplace loneliness could through interpersonal sensitivity indirect forecasting the civil servants’s turnover intention,the intermediate effect rate was 21.45%.Research conclusion:The interpersonal sensitivity played a complete mediation role between workplace loneliness and turnover intention of civil servants.
