摘要
目的探讨多学科配合围术期教学查房在住院医师培养中的应用效果。方法选取该科已完成住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)一阶段的麻醉科住院医师19人为研究对象,采用自身前后对比的方法,首先用问答法比较多学科配合围术期教学查房前后住院医师围术期相关知识储备情况,再用问卷调查的方式比较多学科配合围术期教学查房相对于传统教学查房模式对于问卷内容的提高情况。以此评价多学科配合围术期教学查房的教学效果及意义。结果相比较传统教学查房方法,多学科配合围术期教学查房对于住院医师的各项临床技能、多科室协作能力和处理医患关系能力等方面均明显提升。结论在麻醉科向围术期学科转变的背景下,多学科配合围术期教学查房对于麻醉科医师向围术期医师转变的培养中具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-disciplinary collaborative ward round teaching in perioperative physician training.Methods Nineteen residents in the department of anesthesiology who had completed the first phase of the standardized training of residents were selected as the research subjects.Using the method of self-comparison before and after,firstly,the question-and-answer method was used to compare the perioperative knowledge reserve of the residents before and after the perioperative ward round teaching.Then a questionnaire survey was used to compare the improvement of the contents of the questionnaire with that of the traditional teaching method.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method,the multi-disciplinary collaborative ward round teaching significantly improved the ability of residents in clinical skills,multi-subject cooperation and handling doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion Under the background of the change from anesthesiology to perioperative discipline,the multi-disciplinary collaborative ward round teaching plays a positive role in the training of anesthesiologists to perioperative physicians.
