摘要
目的探讨健康教育应用焦虑症患者康复护理中的临床效果。方法研究纳入对象为医院收治的焦虑症患者,研究纳入时间为2019年5月—2020年5月,共计60例。采用随机数表法均分小组,30例为对照组,开展精神科心理护理干预;30例为试验组,开展健康教育联合康复护理干预。比对两组患者于护理干预实施前后生活质量。结果试验组患者经由健康教育联合康复护理干预后,在物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能等维度的评分,均显著高于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);据调查问卷结果所示,护理干预前后,联合健康教育联合康复护理干预的试验组患者在护理满意度方面显著高于经由精神科心理护理干预的对照组患者。试验组患者护理满意度为96.7%(1/30),观察组患者护理满意度为76.7%(7/30),数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于焦虑症患者开展健康教育联合康复护理干预,可提升患者的物质生活、躯体功能与心理功能,同时可提升患者对康复护理干预的依从性,为康复护理增效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education in rehabilitation nursing of anxiety patients.Methods The subjects of the study were anxiety disorders patients admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital.The study included a total of 60 patients from May 2019 to May 2020.The random number table method was used to divide them into groups and 30 cases were divided into control groups to carry out psychological nursing intervention in psychiatric department.30 cases were divided into experimental groups to carry out health education and rehabilitation nursing intervention.The quality of life before and after nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention of health education combined with rehabilitation nursing,the scores of physical life,physical function and psychological function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);According to the results of the questionnaire,before and after the nursing intervention,the patients in the experimental group combined with health education and rehabilitation nursing intervention had significantly higher nursing satisfaction than those in the control group through psychiatric psychological nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.7%(1/30),and that of the observation group was 76.7%(7/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out health education combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention in anxiety patients can improve the material life,physical function and psychological function of the patients,improve the compliance of the patients with rehabilitation nursing intervention,increase the efficiency of rehabilitation nursing.
