基于“三为”理论的海尔国际化进程研究

摘要 中国企业在"走出去"到"走进去"的国际化进程中面临着当地法规、制度和风俗等各方面因素的制约,如何成功在海外市场进行战略化布局,成为各个跨国企业不得不考虑的问题。本文以海尔集团为例,基于"三为"理论探讨了海尔国际化进程所采取的各种海外市场策略。研究发现:海尔的企业国际化进程始终贯穿着以人为本、以德为先、人为为人的东方管理哲学。未来,中国企业在国际化进程中应当继续弘扬和传承东方管理思想,塑造和传播以人为本中国企业形象。 Chinese companies face various constraints such as local regulations,systems and customs in the process of internationalization from“going out”to“going in”.How to successfully conduct strategic layout in overseas markets has become an issue that multinational companies have to consider.Take Haier Group as an example.This article discusses various strategies for overseas markets adopted by Haier in the process of internationalization based on the San Wei Theory.The research found that Haier’s corporate internationalization process has always echoed the eastern management philosophies of people-orientedness,morality-centerness,self-discipline and self-control.In the future,Chinese companies should continue to promote and inherit oriental management philosophies in the process of internationalization,and shape and spread the image of Chinese companies with people-orientedness.
