摘要
本文在分析和总结新加坡在华企业跨文化管理差异与冲突的一般表现方式和原因的基础上,提出针对性的跨文化管理策略。
After analyzing the intercultural administration differences and conflicts in Singaporean companies located in china, the author proposes a new method of intercultural management which might do some good to those companies.
