摘要
目的探究盆底康复治疗仪联合雌激素在盆底功能障碍(PFD)患者中的应用效果。方法将100例PFD患者按照简单随机化法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组采用盆底康复治疗仪治疗,试验组采用盆底康复治疗仪与雌激素联合治疗。比较两组的盆底肌力情况、PFDI-20评分、盆底肌电位、肌纤维疲劳度以及子宫脱垂、压力性尿失禁发生率。结果治疗后,试验组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌力良好率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的PFDI-20评分、Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度低于对照组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌电位高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的子宫脱垂、压力性尿失禁发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗仪与雌激素联合治疗PFD,能够促进患者盆底肌力的提高,改善肌纤维疲劳度、肌电位情况,且可控制子宫脱垂、压力性尿失禁的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus combined with estrogen in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 100 patients with PFD were divided into control group and experimental group by simple randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus,and the experimental group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus and estrogen combined therapy.The pelvic floor muscle strength,PFDI-20 score,pelvic floor muscle potential,muscle fiber fatigue,the incidences of uterine prolapse and stress urinary incontinence were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the good rate of classⅠand classⅡmuscle strength in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PFDI-20 score and muscle fiber fatigue degree of classⅠand classⅡin the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle potential of classⅠand classⅡin the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of uterine prolapse and stress urinary incontinence in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus combined with estrogen in the treatment of PFD can promote the improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength,improve muscle fiber fatigue and muscle potential,and control the occurrence of uterine prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.
