摘要
目的探讨产后早期盆底康复治疗对剖宫产和经阴道分娩后产妇盆底康复效果与性功能的影响。方法将在我院进行分娩的154例产妇根据分娩方式的不同分为经阴道分娩组(91例)和剖宫产组(63例)。所有产妇均接受产后早期盆底肌康复治疗,观察两组产妇的盆底康复效果及性功能。结果治疗前,剖宫产组的II类肌纤维快速收缩压、盆底肌静息压及收缩压高于经阴道分娩组(P<0.05);治疗后,经阴道分娩组II类肌纤维快速收缩压、盆底肌静息压和收缩压均明显升高(P<0.05),但与剖宫产组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。两组产妇的性功能评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论产后早期盆底肌康复治疗对剖宫产和阴道分娩产妇盆底康复效果基本相同,其可帮助产妇恢复盆底肌功能,并改善性功能,提高产妇产后生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitative treatment of pelvic floor muscle in early postpartum forpelvic floor rehabilitation effect and sexual function in parturients with different modes of delivery. Methods A total of 154cases of parturients who delivered in our hospital were selected and divided into vaginal delivery group （91 cases） andcesarean section group （63 cases） according to the mode of delivery. All the parturients received postpartum early pelvic floormuscle rehabilitation. The effects of pelvic floor rehabilitation and sexual function of the two groups were observed. ResultsBefore treatment, the rapid contraction pressure of II muscle fibers, the resting pressure and systolic pressure of pelvic floormuscle in the caesarean section group were higher than those in the vaginal delivery group（P〈0.05）; after treatment, those inthe vaginal delivery group improved（P〈0.05）, but the differences between the two groups were not significant（P〉0.05）. Therewas no significant difference in sexual function scores between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitativetreatment of postpartum pelvic floor muscle has similar effects in cesarean section and vaginal delivery. It can helpparturients to restore pelvic floor muscle function, improve sexual function and postpartum quality of life.
