预制墙板横向均布荷载作用下试验研究与分析 被引量:2

摘要 以高3 m、宽1200 mm、厚220 mm的全螺栓连接装配式混凝土剪力墙结构(简称BPC)预制混凝土夹芯墙板为对象,通过试验和有限元分析研究墙板试件在横向均布荷载作用下的刚度和承载力。试验结果表明:墙板试件开裂荷载为10.60 kN/m^(2),对应的跨中挠度相当于墙板跨度的1/884;极限承载力为16.71 kN/m^(2)。有限元分析所得墙板试件荷载—跨中挠度曲线与试验结果吻合较好,开裂荷载、极限承载力与试验数据分别相差仅2%和1.2%。证明BPC结构墙板的承载力和刚度完全满足一般低层、多层民用建筑对抗风等方面的要求,也说明采用有限元建模方法的合理和可靠性。 Taking the prefabricated concrete sandwich wallboard of 3 m high,1 200 mm wide and 220 mm thick of total bolt connection prefabricated concrete shear wall structure(BPC)as the object, the stiffness and bearing capacity of the wallboard under the uniform lateral load are studied by the test and finite element analysis.The testing results show that the cracking load of the wallboard is 10.60 kN/m2 with the correspondingmid span deflection is equivalent to 1/884 of the wallboard span, and the ultimate bearing capacity is 16.71 kN/m2.The relation cures between the load and mid span deflection base on the finite element analysis agree well with the test results, and the difference of the cracking load and the ultimate bearing capacity is only 2%and 1.2%respectively between the analysis results and test data.It is proved that the bearing capacity and rigidity of BPC structure wallboard fully meet the requirements of wind resistance of general low-rise and multistorey civil buildings.It also shows that the finite element modeling method adopted is reasonable and reliable.
