设置耗能外挂墙板结构的抗震性能 被引量:9

摘要 外挂钢筋混凝土墙板作为工业化住宅的重要结构构件,其强度和刚度对主体结构的抗震性能有显著影响.运用有限元分析方法对设有外挂墙板的12层钢筋混凝土框架结构模型进行动力时程分析,分析结果表明设置外挂墙板后主体结构的抗侧刚度增加,自振周期缩短,抗扭性能明显提高;在多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下,相对于以往使用柔性连接未考虑外挂墙板的抗侧刚度和强度时,设置耗能外挂墙板考虑其抗侧能力后结构的最大层间位移总体上呈缩小的趋势,且相应的地震响应均呈一定程度的减弱.因此,工业化住宅的设计应合理考虑外挂墙板对主体结构抗震性能的影响. Reinforced concrete external wall panel is an important structural element of industrialized housing, and its strength and stiffness have an important influence on the seismic behavior of the main structure. This paper analy- ses a model of 12-storey frame structure using time history analysis. The analysis result shows that with the external wall panel, the lateral stiffness of the main structure is enhanced, and the natural cycles and torsional performance are significantly improved. It is also shown that the maximum story displacement of the structure has generally a de- creasing trend under small and rare earthquakes, and the seismic responses of the frame structure are weaker than those without external wall panel. So the influence of external wall panel on the seismic behavior of the main structure should be considered in industrialized housing design.
