摘要
外墙板作为装配式建筑的主要外围护结构,影响装配式建筑的发展。提出了一种半内嵌式带肋外墙板,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立模型,分析在正、负风压下墙板本身的受力及变形情况。同时,考虑不同轻钢龙骨厚度对墙板在水平风荷载作用下抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:随着轻钢龙骨厚度的增大墙板的挠度减小,抗风承载力提高;相同条件下,墙板在正风压作用下的承载力远高于负风压作用下的承载力;墙板的变形均能满足大部分地区100 m以内的建筑抗风承载力要求。
As the main external envelope of the prefabricated buildings,the external wallboard affects the development of prefabricated buildings.This paper proposes a semi-embedded ribbed exterior wall panel,using ABAQUS finite element software to establish model,analyzes the load and deformation condition of wallboard itself under the positive and negative wind load.At the same time,considering the impact of different thickness of light steel keel on the bending performance of wallboard under horizontal wind load.The results show that with the increase of thickness of light steel keel,deflection of wallboard is reduced,the wind resistance bearing capacity increases.Under the same conditions,the bearing capacity of the wallboard under the effect of positive pressure is much higher than that under negative pressure.Deformation of the wallboard can meet the wind resistance requirements of buildings within 100 m in most areas.
