不同处理方法对文冠果大田播种出苗率和苗期生长的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Treatments on Seedling Emergence Rate and Seedling Growth of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge

摘要 为研究不同种子处理方法和不同覆盖方式对文冠果大田播种育苗出苗率和苗期生长的影响,选用文冠果当年优质大粒种子,设置对照、不同水温、变温及沙藏以及不同覆盖物处理,测定其种子的大田播种出苗率、苗高、地径、一级苗率等指标。结果显示:(1)不同水温浸种处理出苗率差异显著,采用70℃和80℃的水温浸种处理,出苗率分别达到62.0%和64.7%,显著超过其他温度处理;(2)采用变温浸种、顶凌播种(T1)和变温浸种、沙藏催芽(T2)出苗率高达98.8%和85.3%,显著优于对照;(3)不同覆盖处理差异显著,其中白色地膜(T4)和遮阳网覆盖(T5)出苗率优于对照,达到85.3%和62.3%,黑膜覆盖(T6)低于对照。(4)各处理当年生播种苗苗高、地径和一级苗率均有显著差异,其中一级苗率由大到小依次为T1>T2>T4>T5>CK>T3。研究表明,采用80℃水温变温浸种、顶凌播种的方法,文冠果大田播种发芽率达98.8%,当年生一级苗率达93.3%,极大降低了催芽成本,是文冠果简易高效的育苗方法,对文冠果大面积推广种植和产业发展,具有重要的实践指导意义。 This study is to understanding the effects of different seed treatment methods and different mulching methods on the seed emergence rate and seedling growth of Xanthoceras sorbifolium in the field seeding for improving the seedling emergence rate and seedling quality.In this study,the high-quality large-grain seeds were chosen,different water temperature,water change temperature,sand treatment and different cover treatment were set compared to the control,the field sowing rate,seedling height,ground diameter,first-class seedling rate and other indicators were measured.The results showed that:(1)The emergence rate of seed soaking treatments at different water temperatures was significantly different.When soaking seeds at 70℃and 80℃,the emergence rates reached 62.0%and 64.7%,respectively,significantly exceeding other temperature treatments;(2)Adopting variable temperature seed soaking,top seeds ling(T1)sowing and variable temperature seed soaking,sand germination(T2),the germination rate is as high as 98.8%and 85.3%,which is significantly higher than control;(3)The different covering treatments have a obvious dissimilarity.The emergence rate of white mulching film(T4)and shade net covering(T5)is 85.3%and 62.3%compared with the control.The black film covering(T6)is lower than the control;(4)The height of seedlings sowed in each treatment was significantly different from the ground diameter and the first-class seedling rate,among which the first-class seedling rate T1>T2>T4>T5>CK>T3.This study indicates that when soaking seeds at 80℃and top seeds ling(T1)sowing seeds,the germination rate of X.sorbifoliium is up to 98.8%in the field sowing,and the first class seedling is 93.3%,which greatly reduces the cost of germination.It is a simple and efficient seedling raising method for X.sorbifolium.Therefore,this study will provide practical guiding significance for extension planting and industrial development.
