摘要
通过播种育苗和硬枝扦插试验,对文冠果的繁育技术进行了研究。结果表明:播种前进行低温沙藏处理、播种后对苗床进行地膜覆盖有利于文冠果种子萌发,大田出苗率达到57.9%。硬枝扦插时,选择长10cm、直径0.5～0.8cm的插穗,并用NAA500mg/L或ABT400mg/L处理2h,成活率分别为85.3%和88.6%,能显著提高扦插成活率,且苗木质量较高。
The breeding technique of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were studied by the method of sowing and hardwood cutting.The results showed that sand storage before sowing and film mulching after sowing were favorite to the germination,and the emergence rate were 57.9%.The survival rate by cutting were 85.3% and 88.6% respectively with the cuttings were 10cm in length and were 0.5-0.8 mm in diameter which soaked 2h in 500 mg/L NAA or ABT 400 mg/L.
