不同处理方法对水稻种传干尖线虫控制的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Seed Treatments on Rice White-tip Nematodes,Aphelenchoides besseyi Transmitting in Rice Seed Reproduction

摘要 【目的】本文研究了减少水稻种子繁殖和生产过程传播干尖线虫病风险的方法。【方法】室内试验3种常用杀线剂对离体及种子内干尖线虫的杀灭作用,并通过大田试验评价了温汤浸种、药剂浸种、干热处理等种子处理方法对下代百粒种子带虫量的影响。【结果】噻唑膦对离体及种子内干尖线虫杀虫效果均能达到90%以上;温汤浸种、噻唑膦浸种和干热处理均能显著降低下代水稻种子的带虫量,其中温汤浸种和噻唑膦浸种处理种子的植株繁殖种子的百粒虫量均低于1头,干热处理的平均百粒虫量低于10头,均显著低于对照处理种子植株繁殖种子的平均百粒虫量(65.22头)。【结论】种子处理是高效防治水稻干尖线虫的方法,不同部门可根据实际情况,选择合适的处理方式来防治水稻种传干尖线虫。 【Objective】This paper aimed to reduce the risk of transmitting the white-tip nematode,Aphelenchoides besseyi,by rice seeds.【Method】The lethal effects of three frequently used nematicides on in vitro nematodes and nematodes in seeds were tested,and the effects of three methods of seed treatments including hot water soaking,fosthiazate soaking and heat desiccation were compared in paddy field.【Result】The lethal rates of in vitro A.besseyi and the nematode in seeds of fosthiazate were more than 90%.Hot water soaking,nematicide soaking and heat desiccation treatments significantly reduced the number of nematodes in the reproduced rice seeds.The numbers of nematodes per 100 reproduced seeds by hot water soaking and nematicide soaking were both less than 1,and the number of nematodes by heat desiccation was less than 10,which were significantly lower than 65.22 nematodes per 100 seeds reproduced from the control treatment.【Conclusion】In summary,seed treatments by hot water soaking,fosthiazate soaking as well as heat desiccation were all efficient to reduce the risk of transmitting white-tip nematodes in seed reproduction,and seed breeders and productors could choose the suitable methods according to their own situation.
