摘要
目的探讨调盆稳脊法联合壮腰活血舒筋通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)伴骶髂关节错位的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月高陵区中医医院收治的230例LDH伴骶髂关节错位患者,根据就诊顺序将前115例患者纳入观察组,后115例患者纳入对照组。观察组给予调盆稳脊法联合壮腰活血舒筋通络汤,对照组给予调盆稳脊法。比较两组的临床疗效、腰部神经肌肉功能、腰椎功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,观察组腰椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈的最大肌力大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,观察组主观症状、临床体征、日常活动受限度、膀胱功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调盆稳脊法联合壮腰活血舒筋通络汤可有效改善LDH伴骶髂关节错位患者腰部神经肌肉功能及腰椎功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of regulating basin and stabilizing spine method combined with Zhuangyao Huoxue Shujin Tongluo decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with sacroiliac joint dislocation.Methods A total of 230 patients with LDH and sacroiliac joint dislocation admitted in Gaoling district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected.According to the order of treatment,the first 115 patients were included in observation group,and the last 115 patients were included in control group.The observation group was given regulating basin and stabilizing spine method combined with Zhuangyao Huoxue Shujin Tongluo decoction,and the control group was given regulating basin and stabilizing spine method.The clinical efficacy,lumbar neuromuscular function and lumbar function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 20 d of treatment,the maximum muscle strength of lumbar flexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 20 d of treatment,the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily activities and bladder function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating basin and stabilizing spine method combined with Zhuangyao Huoxue Shujin Tongluo decoction can effectively improve the lumbar neuromuscular function and lumbar function of patients with LDH and sacroilicac joint dislocation.
