摘要
目的:观察骨盆调整手法联合健腰利筋汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节错位的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年4月—2013年4月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节错位患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者应用骨盆调整手法联合健腰利筋汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及复发率。结果:对照组有效率为70.00%,观察组有效率为87.5%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组复发率为42.5%,观察组复发率为12.5%,两组患者复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨盆调整手法联合健腰利筋汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节错位临床疗效显著,且复发率低。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of pelvic manipulation in combination with Jianyao Lijin Decoction （JYLJD） on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc accompanied by dislocation of the joint. Methods ： Eighty patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc accompanied by dislocation of the joint who were treated in our hospital between April of 2013 and April of 2014 were chosen as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were treated with TCM and pelvic manipulation. Then the clinical curative effects and the recurrence rates of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 70.00% ,while that of the observation group was 87.5% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the control group was 42.5% ,while that of the observation group was 12.5% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Pelvic manipulation in combination with Jianyao JYLJD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc accompanied by dislocation of the joint,and a lower recurrence rate.
