摘要
目的:观察骶管注射曲安奈德联合中药涂擦烫熨治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:收集2015年5月—2016年1月在本科治疗的腰椎间盘突出症的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(A组,n=30):给予骶管注射曲安奈德治疗。实验组(B组,n=30):在给予骶管注射曲安奈德的基础上予舒筋通络汤水煎内服治疗。治疗前后行VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI评分,并对资料进行统计学分析。结果:所有患者均完成整个疗程,A、B组间在年龄、病程和性别的比较上无明显性差异(P>0.05)。两组间治疗前、治疗终末VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI评分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组间治疗1周后、2周后、3周后VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在LDH的保守治疗中,运用舒筋通络汤联合骶管注射治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Caudal Injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation undergraduate were collected from May 2015 to January 2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The patients in control grou(group A,n=30) were given caudal injection and Triamcinolone acetonide treatment.Experimental group(B group,n=30) was given sacral Canal Injection of triamcinolone acetonide on the basis of Shujin Tongluo Decoction internal treatment.VAS score,JOA score and ODI score before and after treatment were measured,and the data was statistically analyzed.Results:All patients completed the whole course of treatment.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease and gender between groups A and B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score,JOA score and ODI score before treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores,JOA scores and ODI scores after 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the conservative treatment of LDH,Shujin Tongluo Decoction combined with Caudal Injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
