摘要
以世界首台600 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉为研究对象,以烟气组分分布特性为判据,进行二次风射流特性和颗粒横向扩散特性的热态实炉测试,并利用二维扩散模型预测了截面煤颗粒质量浓度分布。结果表明:各负荷下外侧墙二次风的射流深度在3~4 m且横向扩散较弱,煤颗粒的横向扩散系数约为0.24 m^(2)/s;当给煤注入炉膛15 s后,床层煤颗粒质量浓度分布的均匀性明显提升。
Taking the distribution characteristics of flue gas components as the criterion, thermal field tests on the characteristics of secondary air(SA) penetration and coal particle lateral dispersion were conducted on the first 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler in the world. Combined with 2 D dispersion model, the mass concentration distribution of coal particles in the cross-section was predicted. Results show that the penetration depth of SA on the outer side wall is 3-4 m and the lateral dispersion is weaker. The lateral dispersion coefficient of coal particles is about 0.24 m^(2)/s. When the coal is injected into the furnace for 15 s, the uniformity of coal particle distribution in the bed can be significantly improved.
