摘要
循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的飞灰含碳量是锅炉燃烧好坏的直接反映,它对锅炉热效率有很大的影响,也直接影响着粉煤灰的综合开发利用。通过对CFB锅炉的工业实验研究,得出了CFB锅炉的床温、煤质煤粒、一次风、二次风、床压和旋风分离器效率等因素对飞灰含碳量的影响,找到了指导实际生产的能降低CFB锅炉飞灰含碳量的操作方法。
The carbon content in fly ash directly reflects the combustion effectiveness of circulating fluidized bed boilers and strongly affects the boiler's thermal efficiency, as well as comprehensive utilization of the pulverized coal ash. With the help of industrial tests, the influence of the bed temperature, coal quality and its granulation, primary and secondary air, bed pressure as well as the cyclone separator's efficiency, on the carbon content in the fly ash has been revealed and ways, that may serve as guidelines for reducing the carbon content in fly ash of circulating fluidized bed boilers, are elaborated.
