摘要
目的:观察全自动血细胞分析仪结合血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的临床效果。方法:选择2019年8月~2020年8月本院收治的50例血常规检验者为研究对象,先进行全自动血细胞分析,再进行血液涂片细胞形态学检查,观察分析检验结果。结果:采用全自动血细胞分析检查报警为19份,阳性检查率为38%,联合血涂片形态学检验后血常规报警为23份,阳性检出率为46%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血常规检验中采用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学检验能够提高检验准确率,具有较强的临床效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology in routine blood test.Methods:50 cases of routine blood test subjects admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as research objects.Automatic blood cell analysis was performed first,followed by blood smear cell morphological examination,and the test results were observed and analyzed.Results:There were 19 alarms and 38%positive detection rate by automatic blood cell analysis.After combined blood smear morphology test,23 cases had abnormal blood routine,and the positive detection rate was 46%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology test can improve the accuracy of blood routine test,and has strong clinical effect.
