摘要
目的:分析血涂片在血常规检验中的应用情况。方法:选取2017 年2 月~2018年2 月在本院进行血常规检查的患者96 例作为研究对象,分别对上述患者进行全自动血细胞分析仪检查和血涂片镜检,将病理学检测作为金标准,对比两种检查结果。结果:血涂片分析检测结果的准确率略高于全自动血细胞分析仪检测,其假阳性率明显低于全细胞自动分析仪检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血涂片分析在血常规检验中可以有效检出异常标本,能够为临床诊断提供比较准确的检验结果,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the application of blood smear in blood routine examination. Methods: A total of 96 patients who underwent routine blood tests in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. The patients were subjected to automatic blood cell analyzer examination and blood smear microscopy. Gold standard, comparing the two inspection results. Results: The accuracy of blood smear analysis was slightly higher than that of automatic blood cell analyzer. The false positive rate was significantly lower than that of whole-cell automatic analyzer. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Blood smear analysis can effectively detect abnormal specimens in blood routine test, which can provide more accurate test results for clinical diagnosis. It has high clinical application value and is worthy of popularization.
