摘要 为优化2-559工作面的回采作业环境,通过分析煤层注水降尘的机理,结合工作面的具体地质条件进行注水降尘方案的设计,分别从注水钻孔布置方式、注水工艺参数、注水系统及施工方法三个方面进行设计,设计工作面采用静压与动压相结合的注水方式,并在注水方案实施前后进行工作面粉尘浓度测试,以验证注水降尘效果。结果表明:工作面注水方案实施后,工作面各区域呼尘降尘率均在53%以上,全尘降尘率均在56%以上,降尘效果显著,优化了回采作业环境。 To optimize the mining environment of 2-559 working face,based on the mechanism of coal seam water injection and dust reduction,combined with the specific geological conditions of the working face,the design of water injection and dust reduction plan was carried out,including the layout of water injection boreholes,water injection process parameters,water injection system and construction method.The design working face adopts the water injection method combining static pressure and dynamic pressure,and the working dust concentration test is carried out before and after the implementation of the water injection scheme to verify the effect of water injection and dust reduction,whose results show that after the implementation of the water injection scheme in the working face,the dust reduction rate in all areas of the working face is above 53%,and the total dust reduction rate is above 56%,which proves significant dust reduction effect and optimizes the mining operation environment.
