摘要
针对蒋庄煤矿3上907综采工作面粉尘浓度高,煤质硬的现状,为了降低3上907综采工作面的粉尘浓度,采用动静压混合式注水方法对3上907综采工作面进行注水降尘设计,并优化注水钻孔技术参数,增加注水钻孔的成孔率和钻进长度,进一步提高了注水效果。结果表明:当钻孔长度为60 m,导向孔与注水孔间距为6 m,注水压力为5~15 MPa时,注水后工作面90 m范围内,走向钻孔周围14.6 m范围内水分增量平均达到1.6%以上;且工作面采煤机司机、采煤机下风侧、移架区等高浓度粉尘作业工序处降尘率分别为70.5%、71.2%以及67.1%,除尘效果显著。
In view of the high dust concentration and hard coal quality in the 907 fully mechanized mining face of Jiangzhuang coal mine, in order to reduce the dust concentration in the 3 up907 fully mechanized face in the 3 up907, the dynamic and static pressure mixed water injection method was used the design of water injection and dust reduction, and optimization of the technical parameters of water injection drilling, increase the hole formation rate and drilling length of water injection drilling, and further improve the water injection effect. The results show when the borehole length is 60 m, the distance between the pilot hole and the water injection hole is 6 m, and the water injection pressure is between 5 and 15 MPa, the water increment within the range of 90 m after the water injection and within the range of 14.6 m around the borehole reaches 1.6% above;and the dust reduction rate at high concentration dust operation procedures such as coal mining driver, downwind side of the coal mining machine, moving frame and so on is 70.5%, 71.2% and 67.1% respectively, and the dust removal effect is remarkable.
