摘要
现代服务业的发展对高技能劳动力的需求逐渐增加。高等职业教育是高技能人才培养的供给主体,其人才培养的顺利实施离不开良好的制度保障。在新制度主义理论视角下,深入分析当前我国高职院校现代服务业人才培养制度设计中存在的高职院校对政策响应滞后、人才培养模式规范缺失以及高职院校招生困难等问题,并基于设计合理的内部制度安排和构建良好的外部制度环境两个方面,提出了构建“内—外”并行的高职院校现代服务业人才培养制度。
With the development of modern service industry,the demand for highly skilled labor is increasing.Higher vocational education is the main supplier of high skilled personnel training,and the smooth implementation of its personnel training is inseparable from good guarantee system.From the perspective of New Institutionalism theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the design of modern service industry personnel training system in higher vocational colleges,such as the lagging response to policies,the lack of standardization of personnel training mode,and the difficulty of enrollment in higher vocational colleges.Based on the two aspects of designing reasonable internal system arrangement and constructing good external system environment,this paper puts forward the construction of"internal-external"parallel talent training system of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges.
