摘要
从人才培养模式的内涵出发,基于对职业教育本质属性的认识,界定了职业教育人才培养模式的内涵及其构成要素。
Starting from the connotation of talent cultivation model and basing on the understanding of essential attributes of vocational education, this paper gives not only the definition of the concept of talent cultivation model in vocational education and but also the elements which compose of it.
