摘要
赤脚医生在20世纪60年代末到80年代初作为我国农村传统合作医疗时期乡村地区医疗系统中一支重要的力量发挥过很大作用,其工作成果也曾得到国内外的高度评价,虽然随着时代的发展最终在1985年已完全退出了历史舞台,但其在那个特殊的历史时期在农村医疗保障体系中曾经发挥的历史作用至今仍具有相当的研究价值。该研究主要利用档案馆所藏部分档案,结合通志等资料,对广西赤脚医生的产生、发展和衰落及历史作用进行分析,以期为今后农村医疗卫生事业的发展提供参考和借鉴。
In the late 1960s and early 1980s,the Barefoot doctor played an important role as a force in the rural area medical system during the period of traditional cooperative medical care in China's rural areas,the results of its work have also been highly evaluated at home and abroad,although with the development of the Times,in 1985,it finally withdrew completely from the historical stage.However,its historical role in the rural medical security system in that particular historical period is still of considerable research value.In this paper,the origin,development and decline of the Barefoot doctor and its historical role are analyzed by using some archives in the archives,combined with the Tongzhi and other materials,with a view to the future development of rural health care to provide reference.
