摘要
目的:探析强化药事管理对促进合理用药的临床价值及作用。方法:选取2016年8月-2018年8月门诊处方1850份,并纳入此区间的患者124例和药师52名,按管理模式不同分为两组。对照组按照传统药事管理;研究组实施强化药事管理。比较两组管理效果、处方不合格率及患者满意度。结果:研究组处方不合格率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组药师知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取强化药事管理对合理用药有促进作用,并可获得理想效果,提高患者满意度,提升药师工作能力和职业素养,可避免因用药不合理而引起的不良事件及医疗事故的发生。
Objective:To explore the clinical value and effect of strengthening pharmaceutical management in promoting rational drug use.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2018,1850 outpatient prescriptions were selected and 124 patients and 52 pharmacists in this period were included.They were divided into the two groups according to different management modes.The control group followed traditional pharmaceutical management.The research group implemented enhanced pharmaceutical management.The management effect,prescription failure rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The prescription failure rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge mastery of pharmacists in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting strengthened pharmaceutical management can promote the rational use of drugs,and can achieve ideal results,improve patient satisfaction,improve pharmacists'work ability and professionalism,and avoid adverse events and medical accidents caused by unreasonable drug use.
