摘要
目的探讨在社区药事管理工作中应用临床合理用药咨询的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月该院开具的600张处方及10名在职药师作为研究对象,将2020年1—12月开具的300张处方设为对照组,采取常规药事管理;将2021年1—12月开具的300张处方设为观察组,采取临床合理用药咨询。两组药师为同一组。比较两组处方不合格率、药物不合理使用率、药师职业考核分数及处方满意度。结果观察组处方不合格率(2.67%)低于对照组(7.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抗生素、中药注射剂不合理使用率(3.67%、6.00%)低于对照组(9.00%、13.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药师职业考核分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组处方满意度(95.33%)高于对照组(89.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区药事管理工作中应用临床合理用药咨询,能够减少不合格处方,提升药师专业能力水平,促进合理用药。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical rational drug use consultation in the management of community pharmaceutical affairs.Methods 600 prescriptions issued by the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 and 10 on-the-job pharmacists were selected as the research objects,and 300 prescriptions issued from January to December 2020 were set as the control group,and routine pharmaceutical management was adopted;300 prescriptions issued from January to December 2021 were set as the observation group and clinical rational drug use consultation was taken.The two groups of pharmacists are the same group.The unqualified rate of prescription,irrational use rate of drugs,professional examination score of pharmacists and prescription satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The unqualified rate of prescription in the observation group(2.67%)was lower than that in the control group(7.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the irrational use rate of antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine injections in the observation group(3.67%,6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(9.00%,13.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the professional examination scores of pharmacists in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the prescription satisfaction of the observation group(95.33%)was higher than that of the control group(89.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical rational drug use consultation in community pharmacy management can reduce unqualified prescriptions,improve the professional ability of pharmacists,and promote rational drug use.
