摘要
目的分析医院药事管理促进临床合理用药价值。方法选择该院2017年1月-2018年12月开出的800张处方为对象,按药事管理实施前后纳人对照组、实验组,每组400张处方进行处方分析,并分析干预前后相关工作人员药学相关知识掌握情况。结果实施有效药事管理措施后,不合格处方数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)曰且干预后工作人员药学相关知识掌握度显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效药事管理能显著规范处方,提高工作人员药学相关知识掌握程度。
Objective To analyze the value of hospital pharmacy management to promote clinical rational drug use.Methods 800 prescriptions from January 2017 to December 2018 in the hospital were selected as objects,and they were included in the control group and experimental group according to before or affer drug administration,400 prescriptions in each group,and the prescriptions were analyzed,and relevant staff's knowledge of pharmacy before and after intervention was analyzed.Results After the implementation of effective pharmaceutical management measures,the number of unqualified prescriptions was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the staff's mastery of pharmacy-related knowledge after the intervention was significantly higher than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective pharmaceutical management can significantly standardize prescriptions and improve the staff's knowledge of pharmacy.
