摘要
目的探讨新形势下医院药事管理的优化改革在临床药学服务中的价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月我院不同科室收治的120例患者作为研究对象,将2017年1月至2018年6月收治的60例患者纳入常规组(未实施药事管理),将2018年7月至2019年12月收治的60例患者纳入研究组(实施药事管理)。比较两组患者的不合理用药情况、不良反应发生情况、满意度及药事管理实施前、后药师的工作质量。结果研究组不合理用药率、不良反应总发生率明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药事管理实施后,药师的学习积极性、问题解决能力、荣誉感、沟通协调能力及团队凝聚力评分均明显高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床药学服务中实行医院药事管理的优化改革具有重要意义,其可有效减少临床不合理用药情况,降低患者不良反应发生率,提高药师的工作质量及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the value of optimization reform of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmaceutical care under the new situation.Methods A total of 120 patients admitted in different departments of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,60 patients admitted from January 2017 to June 2018 were included in routine group(without implementation of pharmacy management),and 60 patients from July 2018 to December 2019 were included in study group(implementation of harmacy management).The irrational drug use,adverse reactions,satisfaction and the quality of work of pharmacists before and after the implementation of pharmacy management were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of irrational drug use and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of pharmacy management,the scores of pharmacists'learning enthusiasm,problem solving ability,sense of honor,communication and coordination ability and team cohesion were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to carry out the optimization reform of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmaceutical care,which can effectively reduce the clinical irrational drug use and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,and improve the quality of work of pharmacists and patients'satisfaction.
