摘要
针对目前铝车轮CAD/CAE设计周期长、效率低的现状,基于NX开发了一种设计(CAD)与仿真(CAE)集成系统。首先,本文介绍了铝车轮全参数化建模与分析的设计流程原理。然后,使用面向对象的语言编写动态链接库并嵌入NX NASTRAN,使用MFC界面,完成了铝车轮参数化建模和分析系统的搭建。最后,以铝车轮横向动刚度模态分析为例,分析多因子对铝车轮性能的影响,为铝车轮的结构优化设计提供了依据,也为整车开发早期的结构选择与设计提供了解决思路。
Targeting the long-cycle and inefficient status of aluminum wheel design,this research presents an integrating system of aluminum wheels design(CAD)and simulation(CAE)based on NX secondary development.Firstly,the paper proposes the design process of the parametric modeling and analysis system of the aluminum wheels.Then the dynamic link library is compiled and embedded in NX NASTRAN,using object-oriented language.The parametric model and analysis system are established using the MFC interface.Finally,the lateral dynamic stiffness model analysis of the aluminum wheels is taken as an example.The influence of multi-factors on the performance of the aluminum wheels is analyzed,which provides a basis for the structural design of the aluminum wheels and a solution for the structural selection and design of the advanced vehicle development.
