基于NX的转向器齿轮齿条对中设计流程

摘要 转向传动轴的传动比波动及其对称性是评价转向系统性能的关键指标。由于传动轴下节叉与转向器齿轮轴相连接,通常会有齿轮轴花键角向与齿轮齿条啮合中心位置的对中设计要求。以C-EPS为例,基于Siemens NX平台对渐开线齿轮齿条对中设计流程进行了详细阐述;提出了以啮合中心坐标系为主线的建模方法,利用NX Model和NX Assembly建立了参数化3D模型,并基于NX Motion运动学仿真与NX Nastran力学仿真进行了数字化验证。仿真结果验证了该法的可靠性,达到了降本增效的目的。 The transmission ratio fluctuation and symmetry of the I-shaft is the key index to evaluate the performance of the steering system.Because the lower fork of the I-shaft is connected with the steering gear pinion so it usually has the design requirement of input shaft spline angle and the position of gear rack meshing center.Taking a C-EPS model as the prototype,the parametric modeling method was introduced in detail based on Siemens NX platform.A modeling method based on meshing center coordinate system was proposed.The parametric 3D model was established by using NX Model and NX Assembly,and the digital verification was carried out based on NX Motion kinematics simulation and NX Nastran mechanics simulation.The simulation results verify the reliability of the method and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
