摘要
混装炸药车复杂的作业工况对原料罐体的轻量化和结构强度设计提出了很高的要求。为达到混装车料仓轻量化的设计要求,原料罐体结构和承载底盘连接设计完成后,需要对设计进行验证。以有限元模拟仿真进行数字化分析,可以大幅降低原料罐体结构强度设计验证的成本,缩短设计到产品定型的时间。
The complex operating conditions of the mixed explosives truck put high requirements on the lightweight and structural strength design of the raw material tank.Under the lightweight design requirements of exploswe mixed loading truck,after the connection design of the raw material tank structure and the load-bearing chassis is completed,the design needs to be verified.Digital analysis with finite element simulation can greatly reduce the cost of structural strength design verification of raw material tanks and shorten the time from design to product finalization.
