基于CAD/CAE的侧围外板拉延模设计 被引量:15

摘要 以东风本田某SUV车型侧围外板为研究对象,借助CAE分析软件对该侧围外板进行成形仿真分析,预测了拉延成形过程中的开裂和起皱等缺陷,得到了侧围外板成形极限图和厚度变化云图,并以此来判断其成形效果。通过对产品结构设计和成形工艺参数进行优化,输出了最佳拉延成形工艺方案,将此工艺方案导入CAD软件,实现了拉延模具结构的快速设计。最后在模具调试过程中对工艺方案进行了验证,试模结果与仿真分析结果一致。零件最大减薄率为21.5%,最大增厚率为9.7%,满足零件批量生产要求。 Taking the body side outer panel of an automobile of Dongfeng Honda as the research object,the forming simulation analysis of this body side outer panel was carried out using CAE analysis software to predict the defects such as cracking and wrinkling during the drawing forming process,and the forming limit diagram and the thickness variation cloud diagram of the body side outer panel were obtained to judge the forming effect. The optimal forming process scheme was output by optimizing the product structure design and forming process parameters,and this process scheme was input to CAD software to realize the rapid design of the drawing die structure. Finally,the process scheme was verified during the die debugging process,and the debugging results were in good agreement with the simulation results. The maximum thinning rate of the part is 21. 5%,the maximum thickening rate is 9. 7%,and volume production requirement of parts is met.
