摘要
近来,我国部分地区的主管部门为回应家长对“代批作业”压力过大一事,出台教师不能让家长批改作业的禁令。研究发现,信息时代突发事件的报道常常左右公众情绪,媒体语言“象征性权力”影响公众认知;主管部门的表态甚至成为社会议论核心。文章以此事件管理回应为例,提出教育管理不能停留于应付舆情,而要洞察问题本质、调适相互关系和发挥专业组织作用等改善建议。
Recently,the competent departments in some parts of our country,in response to the parents on the"batch homework"pressure is too great,the introduction of teachers can not parents approve the homework ban.The study found that the report of emergencies in the information age often influences public sentiment,and the"symbolic power"of media language affects public cognition.Taking this incident management response as an example,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving education management not to stop to deal with public opinion,but to gain insight into the nature of the problem,adjust the interrelations and play the role of professional organization.
