摘要
文章通过研究网民对教育新闻的负面评价对教师的心理影响,采用问卷调查法,摘取了认知影响、情绪影响、行为影响和人格影响4个维度编制问卷,经试测检验,所有题目均合格。正式测验回收133份有效问卷。结果表明:1)不同性别教师受网络新闻负面评价影响严重;性别之间差异不显著;情绪受影响最大;2)不同任教级别教师受网络教育新闻负面评价影响严重;小学教师受影响最大;3)不同地区教师均受网络教育新闻负面评价影响严重;4)不同年龄教师均受网络教育新闻负面评价影响严重;5)教师任教从教决心受到了严重影响。
The purpose of this paper is to study the psychological impact of the negative evaluation of educational news by Internet sprinklers on teachers. Questionnaire survey method is used to collect four dimensions of cognitive impact,emotional impact, behavioral impact and personality impact to compile questionnaires. 133 valid questionnaires were collected from the formal test.the results show that:1)Teachers of different genders are seriously affected by negative evaluation of online news;there is no significant difference between genders;emotions are most affected.2)Teachers of different teaching levels are seriously affected by negative evaluation of online education news, and primary school teachers are most affected.3)Teachers in different areas are seriously affected by the negative evaluation of online education news.4)Teachers of different ages are seriously affected by the negative evaluation of online education news.5)Teachers ’determination to teach has been seriously affected.
