摘要 针对目前采煤机综采作业自动化程度低、截割效率不足的情况,提出了一种新的基于VR技术的采煤机智能控制系统。该系统的设计,利用视频监控系统实现了对采煤机截割状态的自动判定,利用采煤机记忆截割控制、综采面联动控制方案实现了对采煤机截割作业的远程监测和调整。新的控制方案能够将综采面作业人数降低60%,综采效率提升13.6%,显著提升井下综采作业的安全性和稳定性。 In view of the low degree of automation and insufficient cutting efficiency of shearer,a new intelligent control system of Shearer Based on VR technology is proposed.The video monitoring system is used to realize the automatic judgment of shearer cutting state,and the shearer memory cutting control system is used The linkage control scheme of fully mechanized coal face realizes the remote monitoring and adjustment of shearer cutting operation.The new control scheme can reduce the number of fully mechanized face workers by 60%,improve the efficiency by13.6%,and significantly improve the safety and stability of underground fully mechanized mining operation.
