摘要
针对采煤机导向滑靴强度不够的问题,本文利用Ansys软件对7LS2A型采煤机的导向滑靴进行强度分析。结果发现,后导向滑靴在销轴孔部位出现了明显的应力集中现象,应力最大值为527.84 MPa,超过了材料的使用应力490 MPa。将导向滑靴销轴孔直径和钢板厚度分别增加2 mm和10 mm,再次进行强度分析,发现优化后的后导向滑靴,其应力集中最大值降低到了442.61 MPa,完全能够满足实际使用需要。将优化后的导向滑靴应用到采煤机工程实践中,经现场应用发现达到了预期效果,显著提升了结构件的使用寿命。
Aiming at insufficient strength of shearer slipper,the paper analyzes the strength of the slipper of the 7LS2A shearer using Ansys software.The results show that there is a significant stress concentration in the pin hole of the rear slipper,with a maximum stress of 527.84 MPa,exceeding the material's service stress of 490 MPa.By increasing the diameter of the slipper pin hole and the thickness of the steel plate by 2 mm and 10 mm respectively,the maximum stress concentration is reduced to 442.61 MPa,which fully meets the practical needs and significantly improves the service life of the structural components.
