摘要
针对传统电牵引采煤机控制系统存在的数据处理能力较差、控制效率低、系统灵活性差等问题,结合CAN总线通信技术设计了一套以DSP为控制核心的电牵引采煤机智能控制系统,利用DSP的高速处理能力及丰富的硬件资源,实现了系统高级控制算法的应用及信号在线分析,保证了井下采煤机的安全高效运行。
Aiming at the problems of poor data processing ability,low control efficiency and poor system flexibility in the traditional electric traction shearer control system,combined with CAN bus communication technology,this paper designs a set of intelligent control system of electric traction shearer with DSP as the control core,which makes use of the high-speed processing ability and rich hardware resources of DSP,So as to realize the application of system advanced control algorithm and signal on-line analysis,and ensure the safe and efficient operation of underground shearer.
