摘要 鉴于方向控制阀作为液压控制系统的重要组成元件,其动态特性对液压系统的稳定性、动态响应、冲击振动等方面均有较大影响,基于AMEsim分析某型电液换向阀的动态特性,发现阀口开度在0.5~2.8 mm(占阀芯行程约6.25%~35.0%)时阀芯产生冲击和振动,进回油口流量在阀芯位移为4 mm(占全行程约50.0%)后不再变化。说明控制孔的直径与换向阀二级阀芯的启动响应时间成反相关关系,同时还影响阀芯的振动剧烈程度和恢复稳定时间。 In view of the fact that the directional control valve is an important component of hydraulic control system,its dynamic characteristics have great influence on the stability, dynamic response and shock vibration of hydraulic system. On the basis of AMEsim analysis of the dynamic characteristics of an electro-hydraulic reversing valve, it is found that the valve core produces shock and vibration when the valve opening is 0.5~2.8 mm, and the inlet flow does not change after the valve core displacement is 4 mm( accounting for about 50.0%) of the total stroke.It shows that the diameter of the control hole is inversely related to the start response time of the two stage valve core of the reversing valve, and also affects the vibration intensity and the recovery stability time of the valve core.
