摘要 针对大流量电液换向阀主阀在冲击载荷作用下的断裂失效问题,在对其结构和性能分析的基础上,建立了二位三通电液换向阀开闭过程的动态特性数学模型,对电液换向阀的动态特性进行了试验和仿真分析。根据分析结果,运用能量法对冲击载荷进行了定量分析,得到了主阀各个工作阶段的最大冲击应力,为研究主阀零件在多冲载荷下的变形及失效,提高阀的使用寿命和安全性提供了依据。 The deformation failure under repeated impact load is common in the process of working for high flow electro--hydraulic directional control valve. On the basis of the structural and performance analyses of a electro--hydraulic directional control valve, a mathematical model for three way/ two position electro--hydraulic operated directional valve was established. By combining simulation and experimentations, the dynamic responding characteristics of high flow electro--hydraulic directional control valve were analyzed. The energy method was used for getting the impact load. The effective method is provided for the study of deformation failure of high flow electro--hydraulic directional control valve due to the repeated impact load.
